Arrived 25 minutes before opening there was already 10-15 people in front of us. Once doors opened it was very quick, a lady gave us a ticket then we sat down and waited for an other 20 minutes. Many desks were opened. The lady at our desk was so quick, efficient & helpful. She transferred my overseas drivers license in a few minutes, took my photo then we were out! Would really recommend getting there early as during the day the wait time would probably be longer.
Less than 15 minutes to renew my drive license!nThe place was packed with people, however it was also full of staff working.nI see why a lot of people are waiting hours, because they are missing their numbers on the screen, numbers are sometimes called randomly for some reasons, but people are looking at their phones and missing their number than go and complain to some staff members and waiting for long times. Also I see people waiting, then when it’s their turn they don’t have all the documents required, so they have to wait and queue again nThe woman at the entry gave me a number, waited 10 minutes, photo taken, signature, done , 15 minutes I was done!nThe woman who assisted me was amazing ! Great job
Good luck getting through on the phone line without going crazy . the music makes you want to vomit through your ears and punch a brick with your head nnthis is called ; don't call us . please hang upnnwhy are the government businesses this cringe still in 2024... absolutely useless call time wait.nand then, once you get through, the music genuinely makes you angry by then, so you're all cranky once on the line nnI'm just being honest. They needa change that ASAP.. that's probably why people call up all pissed off
Service was amazing. The staff are clearly very busy, however, they are helpful and organised.nI got there for opening time and there already was a decent queue. You get a ticket with a number on it on arrival, I was seen about 30 minutes after that.nI was seen by Amina, who helped with everything I needed. She was patient and gave great customer service. Thank you so much.
it took me 1.5 to wait, PLUS it took around 1hour for the staff to complete my transaction. I am only transferring my international license to WA. By the way, this is the third time been here for the transfer. They won’t tell you what you need to do in advance. I called the department before I can and they told me it’s all good to proceed. But not. Such efficiency how to serve ourncommunity?
