Very helpful they fixed my problem, nothing to hard
Dealt with two different staff members sitting behind the counter. Very disappointing. One of them came across as grumpy, prejudiced and patronising on three different occasions. She didn't know the process of converting an international driver's license to QLD licence. In fact, I had to remind her of the process.nnOn a brighter note, the gentleman Ray taking my driving test was great. He immediately put me at ease. Kudos to Ray for being professional, yet pleasant.
Very efficient, great staff, knowledge people
Went with my daughter to complete her application for her learner's permit. She had completed and passed the online test, collected all her identity documents, and just needed to be issued with the licence. The ticket machine you are required to use to direct your enquiry didn't really address our request, so we just chose the closest one to what we wanted, and waited. And waited .. .nFor almost an hour.nWhen we finally had our number called, we were told my daughter needed to provide a document containing her signature.n* She doesn't even have a true signature yetn* No bank cards, licences etc have a signature on them these daysn* Why would she even need it when she had all ID including Photo identification?nBut it gets better!!nShe now has to find someone who has known her for over 12 months, is not related to her, and holds a position such as doctor, JP, lawyer, police officer etc.nShe could have a teacher do it but of course it's school holidays at the moment!nWhat a joke TMR.
