Dealt with two different staff members sitting behind the counter. Very disappointing. One of them came across as grumpy, prejudiced and patronising on three different occasions. She didn't know the process of converting an international driver's license to QLD licence. In fact, I had to remind her of the process.  On a brighter note, the gentleman Ray taking my driving test was great. He immediately put me at ease. Kudos to Ray for being professional, yet pleasant.

Chivalrous, humble and astonishing service from 4 different staff members. GO WOOLSEY CHICKS YOU ROCK IT TRUE LOL I hadn't heard that about this branch but didn't really understand it until I experienced it myself. If you love your jobs/customers that much, just quit. Stop inflicting your amazing attitude on the people you are supposed to be trying to help.

Seemed very busy. Did not have to wait long. Lady be hind  the counter very helpful.

Busiest time I've ever experienced for gympie, staff are always pleasant and pretty quick with service

Lift was out of order, which makes it difficult for people with disabilities and you have to wait in a line outside until let in by the security guard. I don't have an issue with waiting outside but with no seating for people waiting, again it makes it difficult for anyone with a disability.

Plenty of parking staff are very friendly I was in and out in no time.

Avoid the Karen-looking lady at the extreme right  Judgemental and customer-unfriendly. The receptionist at the center of the office was very friendly and professional. The call center was more helpful than visiting the center.

I have been using this office on a professional level for nearly 9 years and visiting numerous occasions on a face to face basis.I have found the ladies here to be friendly,helpful,courteous and professional in their approach to customer service. I also note that their dealings at times with some not so rational and difficult customers needs to be commended.

I was served quickly and politely.

I couldn't be more thankful to the staff in the Gympie office. As a non local the ladies were most helpful in dealing with my transport issues and ignorance, especially Susan. Bouquets......Cheers. Jeff. 10/01/2022.
