My husband and I renewed our drivers licences in Gympie today and were struck by the friendly atmosphere of the staff, esp Jodie who looked after us.

Leslie at the front counter was absolutely lovely, helpful efficient and is an asset to the team. Made a typically formal and dull process enjoyable. Thanks for the great service.

Dealt with two different staff members sitting behind the counter. Very disappointing. One of them came across as grumpy, prejudiced and patronising on three different occasions. She didn't know the process of converting an international driver's license to QLD licence. In fact, I had to remind her of the process.nnOn a brighter note, the gentleman Ray taking my driving test was great. He immediately put me at ease. Kudos to Ray for being professional, yet pleasant.
