Customer service is excellent, the ladies are very friendly and helpful.
Service is good. A busy post office with lots of customers. Many people write negative reviews but they forget this post office is a small local post office with 2 people at the front counter, in a small country town this is not a large city post office with 20 staff. If customers need faster service or have bulk mailings, they may be better going to Maroochydore or another big centre. The staff are excellent. They do their best everyday and are always polite to us when we go there.
It’s my 5th visit to this AP outlet and once again I was disgusted by the humdrum manner the staff convey, do they hate their job perhaps , who cares really, all a customer wants is a pleasant and efficient interaction. Customer service is not really a thing in Coolum let alone in this place. The absolute worst attitudes can be found here. Essential service aside, I’ll only come here If I must because a package has been sent there to live in hell, until I can collect it. Otherwise Sendle will be used for all my postage needs. Up your game Coolum Australia post store. People expect better now.
Love this place. Staff really try their best given the size of the place and the volume of transactions they have to do. If you're in a hurry go somewhere else. Coolum Beach is a country town. We have time to smell the roses. Be nice. Chillax!
The staff here really don’t want to be here. They are very rude. I sent a parcel to my father this week and all the lady was interested in was what was in there. I’m not hiding anything at all but it has nothing to do with her. Nosey old cow.
