I have a PO Box but my regular parcel sits in store waiting for collection...why have I paid for a PO BOX? It's only a small parcel...fits in easily. Wasted money!!
Thanks to the post office we have arrived in our parcel in their collection area. Not door to doors any more even is a registered post. especially in the remote area. Do not do register post any more you pay more then not delivery to your home.
Every time I want to marry st post and The workers I met were all very patient and helpful.
Paid for express postage from Rockhampton on Friday it was meant to be here Monday afternoon, the people in the shed don’t know how to organise anything, now its Thursday afternoon still nothing, honestly would of been quicker to drive up there myself, I’ve tried to see if I can just go there myself and get it but apparently the public can’t, absolute terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Gympie Post Office is the worst service I have ever had! The first time I went to pick my package, because the name was different, I was told that I needed proof of address on the bank statement, or relevant documents. I was not told that I also need a passport or ID. The second time I came over and brought the bank statement, I still couldn't pick up my package! I am very disappointed with their service and will definitely not use their services at Gympie in the future! If there are 0 star, they definitely get it for sure, they don’t deserve 1 star.
