Bald driving instructor was incredibly rude to my brother. My brother greeted him politely and tried to shake his hand, but the driving instructor said “I’m not shaking your hand,” and was incredibly rude the whole time. My brother knew within the first 5 minutes that he was going to fail. Would not recommend to anyone. Awful instructors, awful experience.
I went to renew my license on a Friday at 10 am. Zero queue. Excellent service, the lady at the counter was kind, helpful and professional, zero hassle. I was out in 10 min. I did my test here years ago and it was a bit busier then- looks like they've improved the queue management a lot.
Went to update my drivers licence photo and had absolutely wonderful experience! I was in and out in under 10 minutes! The guy at the counter was so friendly and helpful! Made it such an easy task! Will be returning next time it expires!
Troy is an absolute legend. He is quick. To the point, and truly does care about the customer. Speed of service is insanely good, only waited for about 2min. He is also hilarious and humble while remaining professional. All ups to him.
