Had a really pleasant experience getting my P's today at this centre after being unsuccessful at another! My examiner was a lovely gentleman named Allistair who made me feel at ease right from the start. His focus was purely on assessing my ability to drive safely as opposed to nitpicking every little aspect of driving which I experienced with a previous examiner. We chatted a fair bit along the way and I didn't feel as if I was taking a test at all - Being comfortable definitely helped me pass!nOnce back at the centre, I was served by a lady named Dawn who was very friendly and sorted my paperwork in an instant! Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received - thank you!
I visited this center to convert my overseas driver's license to a Queensland license, and I must say it was a positive experience. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning provided a comfortable respite from the heat wave. I didn't have to wait too long to receive the service, which was efficient and hassle-free. However, it's important to note that photography is not permitted inside the center, so I only took some pictures outside.
On 26 June 24 had my second interaction with TMR and both have been fantastic. First time had to get an updated drivers licence photo for a Blue Card. The lady who helps at the door was brilliant and the lady who took the photo was again superb. Lady with North American accent Today had to transfer a car we purchased into our name and other questions about accessory plates etc. Lady at door who helped me and at the counter Lady in QLD State of Origin jersey were friendly and extremely helpful. All the staff I have dealt with bent over backwards to help. My only regret is I really need to start taking their names as they deserve a huge pat in the back from their managers.
Everytime I come here I’m left with an extremely long wait! this said staff a generally helpful. it is clear very under staffed. TMR should take a look at the amount of money they collect from everyone in Queensland and back it up with the customer service staff ratio it deserves.
I've been to the Toowong CSC a few times and every experience has been positive, but today was genuinely a leap above my expectations.nnI presented the team with a challenging situation and with no hesitation, Isaac and Katie went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Despite being there over two hours, it was overall a pleasant experience and I genuinely applaud the team's professionalism and patience when faced with a complex task.
