Excellent service. My problem was heard and due to complex nature it had to go 'upstairs' or in this case, to the office behind. However, it was sorted & they empathised with my situation even though they didn't need to. The waiting time was long but that is quite normal in most of these types of places.

Paid 185$ for a NSW inspection pink slip that costs only 30$ in NSW... And it wasn't even done to the NSW standard in terms of paperwork. You're vehicle inspection can't be lodged online here as to NSW standard and basically becomes a void inspection. When I called MotorSA later, the Manager just passed the buck saying "thats how we always do it, you tell them that" and when I said perhaps you should update your system for the service you provide that no longer works, she just got mad and told me to tell NSW Rego that...??? Like a little school kid thats not talking to her best friend anymore...

The staff who serviced me was unfriendly. Something she did the wrong way but she can't finger out even though I tried to communicate with her, she still thought that was my problem.

The woman staff in no.4 counter is very unfriendly and no courtesy!!! That's very bad for me.
