We have never written a testimonial about any agent in the 30 properties we have lived in in over 40 years.  However in this instance we feel it is genuinely warranted.  Properties around us were selling within days of hitting the market and the only feedback we received was negative.  Road noise, stairs, fencing etc.  Our property had been on the market for 2 months when Dean from Century 21 approached us as we were about to withdraw it from the market.  He proposed a different marketing strategy from day one and managed to secure a sale in a very short space of time at a level which exceeded our expectations. A street record I believe.  This is what we received from Dean McLure :  Professionalism, Integrity, Diligence, Enthusiasm, Honesty, Hard work, Encouragement, Reports and most importantly, sincerity throughout the journey.  Now you may be as sceptical , as we are, of endorsements on the internet for professionals.
