Interesting exercise equipment. Nice playground equipment. Great views of the ocean. Near bus stops. Public toilets available that were fairly clean. Water fountain.

Very popular with people having picnics and bbq's so you need to get in early to grab a bbq, and picnic table. Nice place for kids, and a walk along the foreshore.

My wife and I take our dog there for a walk along the beach and in the sea. Its a beautiful spot.

Would love to see it developed a little more but tastefully.

Huge park on the seafront. Recently added extra shelter sheds. There is a leads off area for dogs as well. Toilets and a children's area. In good weather demand is high. Be prepared to wait for a bbq. Bikeways make it popular too.
