Daylesford Mitre 10

Disappointing service. After moving into the area 8 months ago we used this store multiple times at the beginning, but the service was just really poor. Hard to get service and then most really don't give a damn. Not a lot of interest in helping customers in the store. There are options in the area that have been much better.

Good old fashioned service. The staff were very helpful and walked me around to find item rather than just pointing the way. The even let me have trade price.

The parking is dangerous where it is situated now, if you need to carry heavy items like paint or heavier, it is a struggle (especially for those with walking sticks etc, as to get to the main doors, you need to walk around the water way outside, before climbing steps. The items I have needed this far have not been in stock and have to be ordered in. The Home hardware had items on hand.
