The receptionist lady Very rude and unprofessional, it doesn’t deserve a 5star for sure. Not recommended!!
The receptionist talking over the phone was totally an inappropriate manner, very disrespectful and rude person. She is unprofessional person and unethical behaviour towards me. The Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner should take reasonable action against her as many patients have compliant for immature behaviour with patients. She is not working for free therefore she must respect every single patients and treated them in good way. I would recommend no one should go there and I will complain to Health Complaints Commissioner to do an investigate against her.

PLEASE DONT GO!!!! Very rude receptionist, last time I’ve been here was on 2016 and today i called them 3 time to make appointment, first there was one lady she gave me an appointment but when I called them back to confirm my appointment then Dr. Qasim Hamimi’s wife who is Receptionist there, i must say she is very rude and cheap! She dont know how to behave with patients. Well, she canceled my appointment for no reason. Because of you guys everyone have the same thoughts about muslim. DONT FORGET YOUR PAST!!!!

Don’t go to this clinic guys the receptionist is rude and the doctors are worse than that I booked an appointment with doctor lee on Friday, I want there and the doctor told me to come Monday so I called them on Monday that’s I’m on my way the receptionist told me that doctor lee is not working today. Doctor lee is one of the worse doctor. I will never come back to this clinic
Don't bother. I called for a PEMS test, was put on hold for 10 minutes then told to come in. Waited for 30 minutes and the doctor said I was only booked for a standard consult and he simply didn't have time. Aside from that, the doctors office stunk so much you could taste it in your mouth. After reading the previous reviews I still decided to go there, figured why not. I never write reviews but this time I make the exception. This clinic has a lot of issues they need to improve upon. * Opinion expressed is my own based on my experiences.
I cant beleive the way that reception treat you. I think that im getting treated un-fairly just because im not muslim im really disappointed with the way i was treated. The doctor 2 days ago wrote me some scripts but not sure if she forgot our because we were talking about a few things. Anyway there was a script missing so i have gone back in after work and now they wont even write me my script which she forgot to do. So know they wo t me to come back and see the doctor 2 morrow which i will b at work all day
Very rude and unprofessional receptionist and unprofessional doctor hamimi gave my mum wrong injections just for the sake of commison . Another doctor told us she didnt need those injections. Dont bother going there
They don't deserve to give them star the crazy chains doctor even can not talk very bad doctors they are like uneducated
