Doctors are really good her. Very committed as well.n4-5 star review for doctors easily.nnThis review reflects on the front office staff.nPII handling is pretty appalling here. Front office staff need to be trained better.nnAsking the name, asking to verify the address and asking to verify the full phone number of customers in public is not the best practices.
I was going to this place for last 8 years. Dr Danushi ganegoda was my regular GP. Yesterday I went to see her as a walking with my sick two year old baby, after waiting 1/2hour near her room, receptionist told that doctor cannot see my baby. So, she asked me to wait to see another doctor.nVery disappointing about those doctors. They don’t have humanity at all.nThey just keep people waiting and show their colors.
nnI had two frustrating experiences with Dr. Ayesha Chotia at Super Clinic. First, during our follow-up appointment, she asked us to come back but seemed unable to remember our previous conversation, which was disappointing.nnOn our second visit, we were told to wait outside for a nurse to bring injections for my baby. After waiting for an hour and a half with no updates, we went in to ask, only to find out we needed to book the injections ourselves at the reception. This was a huge waste of our time and very disorganized. I will be never ever step my foot on this building again..nnI hope the clinic can improve on these issues for future patients.
Every time I see Dr.Jun Xu, she always treats me with great care and attention to detail. She truly cares about her patients, and I feel very well looked after. Thank you to Superclinic Dandenong for having such a dedicated and compassionate doctor
I don’t know what booking system they are using. Many of people are waiting at the same time. They book appointment every 10 minutes, however each patience takes from 20 to 40 minutes to check. We are kindly requesting a better booking system to minimise the waiting time.
