I had to wait 40 mins past my appointment time, the GP was sadly absolutely careless about any other questions I had regarding my health other then giving me a medical certificate. She blocked any question saying I am fine and healthy even though I have been diagnosed with a health issue since I was a young child. She made me feel like I was delusional and I felt like I was being kicked out after 1 minute of being in her office.

My wife went to see dr Curran today what a waste of time. No empathy . Sent her home with exercises for a prolapse didn't even check to see how bad it was. She won't be seeing us again . What a joke she  shouldn't be practising more interested in getting you to sign her Medicare form than doing her job properly.

I recently had a phone consultation with Dr. Ayesha Chothia and was very disappointed with the experience. As someone who works full-time, I rely on phone consultations for convenience, but this one was far from professional. Throughout the call, Dr. Chothia was eating, which was distracting and made me feel like my concerns were not taken seriously. She was also rude and dismissive, speaking for barely two minutes before abruptly saying she was going. My issues were left unresolved, and the overall experience did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend her services, especially for those who need reliable remote consultations

I am writing this while sitting here at the clinic, it feels like you are in another country not Australia. To start with the queue at the reception was unbelievable. Our appointment was at 12:50 but doctor hasn’t called us at 1:30. Doctor just walked out of his room around 1pm and hasn’t been back . What a service guys!! Why do they book appointments if you have other things to do while patients are  waiting???

I went with a deep cut in my hand, th receptionist was super helpful and immediately arranged a doctor. The doctor was kind and friendly and gave me the required medication asap. The nurse was very gentle and kind too. Thank you so much.
