This was our second visit for a medical test, and once again, we were met with an incredibly warm and professional team. From the lovely receptionist to the kind staff checking documents and taking photos, to the friendly lady guiding patients to the waiting area, the nurse drawing blood, and the doctor—everyone was genuinely kind and energetic. Thank you all for being so nice and professional.
I’m so thankful for the care I received during a very difficult moment. I was extremely anxious during my blood test, but Dr. Fitri and the nurses were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding.
