They never send results on time!nI recommend calling them [they probably won't answer the phone - if they do you will be waiting forever for them to pick up] before booking an appointment to get results. It will be a waste of everyones time because Capital Radiology is not reliable! My arms still hurt from their failure to inject the dye. To think they would do the courtesy to send the results on time after all they put me through. Ugh it's so frustrating.
Outstanding. My son needed imaging. Clayton could not fit us in so they checked other locations and booked us in at Dandenong. Went in within 15 minutes of appointment time.nnSonographer called the doctor on duty who said he needed immediate surgery. The doctor handwrote a letter and told us exactly what to say at emergency, the sonographer downloaded the imaging to disc for us to take with us. The doctor called ahead to the hospital and also had a full written report sent while we were driving.nnFinally, a week later the Doctor from Capital rang to follow up and check how the surgery went. Hugely unexpected and appreciated.nAnd a shout out to Monash children's. We arrive at 1pm and surgery was complete by 5pm.
Very bad service, called to receptionist to advise that I am running 10 minutes late and they have responded very badly and said very loudly only 10 minutes and after reaching there they cancelled my appointment very devastated. Told them the reason and requested but no response.nIf the clinic can run late by asking us sit for hours and hours. Very bad service.
Had an appointment at in which apparently had been cancelled to which i had not recieved a call to let me know, and told by rude receptionist with big lips, and hijab that i had to come back at 1o’clock and then 1:30 as there was no doctor. When i asked why i was not contacted and they wasted my time the arrogant lady told me i could sit and wait till 1:30 and if i did not like it i could do what i like. She proceded to tell me like a wild dog that “she just got to work and was very stressed out” in a loud and demeaning manner, with no apolgy for her disgusting customer service. What a disgrace. This was reported to the manager in which i asked for an apology however did not recieve, however other people in the line asking why she was so rude. This is not how to treat patients especially when they turn up on time and expect to be treated with respect. She needs anger management and customer service training. She is incompetent of a basic reception roll. Funny how after reporting her mysteriously a doctor turned up at the time of my appointment and completed my procedure.
Bad experience. Got appointment for CT scan at 4:30 pm but no technician available as they already left before 4pm. Why they put the appointment when no staff available. I was not informed in advance. I drew all the way to the capital just to find out that the appointment was cancelled. So unprofessional,
