I dont drink alcohol but needed to come here 3 days before Christmas to buy a gift. I had the most lovely and above excellent customer service on the floor and at the register. Even though there were people everywhere left and right, these employees just seemed so calm and focused with polite and energetic smiles. Thank you for a lovely 10 minutes
Went here today plenty of parking available at this shop, was helped buy a terrific guy named Ryan to find what I needed as the shop is quite large and I had no idea where to start. He was soooo helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and it was no problem to help me with all my questions. I will be calling back into this shop next time I'm in Toowoomba again.
I have ordered alcohol to be delivered, it's a birthday present so I paid the $15 dollars for it to come that same day and it's been days and it still hasn't been delivered. I can't find any contact details, the phone number for this store is all automated bots and it doesn't say which store I can pick it up from so I can't do that either. This is honestly rediculous. $150 bucks later and I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere.
They could have thought about the location of the disability parking space a little more logically, but other than that it is a fantastic bottle shop
They have all types of alcoholic beverages. No other place has such variety. You'll find anything you look for.. Such as Greek or middle eastern drinks.. Average prices. Nice offers sometimes. Lovely staff.
Love Dan's great place with great prices and awesome staff who are always prepared for a quick chat or laugh.
Paid $15 to have a gift delivered last Friday for. Birthday memorial this Sunday. Gift still not delivered. What is wrong with this store? Just read a similar review from a month ago. Why accept an Order if you are not going to honour it? I shop at a Dan Murphy in WA but this puts you off the brand. Unable to call store for an explanation. This is pathetic!
