I had an order to pick up today. Greeted by a lovely young man and then the most beautiful helpful order person who had just started made my visit an exceptional one. A smile to win hearts helpful kindness which I would say is this ladies normal and a Christmas wish as I left. Thank you for making my day by being you. It's appreciated n valued. Thank you so much
Pretty much always the best prices and biggest range at every store I go to. Always well stocked and staff are knowledgeable. Parking never a problem.
Shopped at Dan Murphys ,having checked receipt charged double for an item .Not a problem to get refund ,once a member of staff who knew how to do it was found .Unfortunately took 3 days to return into bank account.
Absolutely an unpleasant experience the young guy on the checkout today obviously didn't want to be there on nrl grandfinal day was absolutely herendouse antisocial customer service had disgusting behaviour towards me and other customers said to him he was being disgusting Soo much I left my alcohol on the counter and left and I'm a member of Dan's for 10yrs I won't be going back I went straight to first choice and got wat I needed and told them of my experience will never go back to dan Murphys Caloundra again and will be cancelling my membership and telling my friends and family never to shop there again
