Great selection of wine, beer, craft beer and spirits. All you could want. There are some great offers too. Worth a visit
Tried to shop here today just before 6pm, our 13 yr old son stood at the door to look for us and the lady asked him if he had ID. He said nah and walked away. She then proceeded to verbally bash him to other patrons and stated that he needed “his head punched in” and that smart arses like him need to be taught a lesson. She was showing off for a good 5minutes - when we approached the counter, she tried to continue along the same thread with us. my husband advised her that that was our son she was talking about, and that she had had her fun abusing a child and that it was time to stop. She refused us service for being “argumentative”. We happily left. I understand that working in customer service is hard- especially this time of year, but this was uncalled for and unnecessary. This woman was 70+ years old- one would expect she would have learnt common decency by now.
Always friendly and open later than other bottle shops in Caloundra.
The lovely lady in here that served us, was just as excited about Beachfest 22 as we were.nClean, tidy shop with your refreshment needs.nYes wheelchair friendly.
Disappointed would be an understatement. Delivery on demand within the hour ordered this morning showing delivery by no later than 11:50 for delivery. It's nearly 3pm now and still showing as Ready to Go with warning saying, awaiting delivery driver pickup. This was supposed to be a gift for someone who needed their day brightened. If you offer a service, honor it. I don't want to be compensated on my next delivery for you not doing your job on this one. Why would I order with you again when you have disappointed me so much on this order.
