I have been using this Dan Murphy’s store for the past 3 years, both ordering on line and going in store. At all times the staff are extremely courteous but also they have a great amount of humanity. I have mobility problems, and they are always willing to help. They get 10 out of 5 stars!!
I don't know what kind of training the staff receive but everytime I come here the service is exceptional. Today a lovely employee called Sam helped us out. He was friendly and knowledgeable and asked us right away if we need anything. Usually in a liquor store I have no trouble finding what I need regardless I always get greeted and asked if I need assistance.
How Dan's manages to have such high-quality staff in all their stores is amazing, andthis one is no different!nI had not been here before, the place was not busy and the staff were attentive and genuine in their customer service and assistance. Very happy customer!
Poor Service.nStood waiting at the online purchase/click and collect count for several minutes while others got served before me.n2 or 3 staff look at me with puzzled expressions on their faces.nEventually one came over to ask if I need help.nI responded I’m here for a click and collect. The staff member then grabbed the double sided sign to see that, yes it does say “This counter is for online order pick ups” on BOTH sides as well as two large banners above the counter saying essentially the same thing.nMaybe it was the heat or inexperience but service was sub par.
Such lovely helpful service choosing a wine and at the counter. And they have a great selection
