A very fine look land as far as the matter goes. Plenty of the lower quality option beverages and alcoholic drinks. Perhaps not the best place to come for high end liquor or wines. However perfectly good for average bottle-o. Cannot really go wrong.
Payment system malfunctioned and took payment 3 times, waited an hour on hold for customer service even though it said the wait time was '0 seconds', and then when I got through I was told to call them back tomorrow. Then the store said I couldn't pick up the product I ordered until the next day despite paying three times. Terrible terrible service.
I went to this coles to buy cigarettes and was immediately asked for Id. I am quite obviously over the age of 30 and was asked what gender I prescribed to in order to prove my age. When I presented my Id they said that they didn’t believe me and tried to explain that because they were transgender as well that they were well within their rights to refuse me the right to purchase. I feel this is very disappointing, feel ostracised and feel discriminated against.
Keely was very professional and respectful when asking for my ID, fully concentrated on doing her job, keeping cigarettes and tobacco away from store
