Called to seek some advice and assistance on mulch and the man who answered could not have been less helpful. I wanted to know how much I needed to cover an area and he told me to work it out. Please work on your customer service skills.

have bought wood from here twice, the first one was mostly bark and wood dust mixed with a little wood  and the last one is wet inside when we split it and does not burn very well.  Would not recommend getting your wood from here! Made complaints but was just ignored

Product was good but customer service needs improvement. The lady I spoke to at reception was extremely disinterested in assisting with any queries I had. Her responses were either one or two words - 'No' and 'Not really', without any further information. She seemed over life.

Very friendly and helpful staff, pricing of what I needed.was very cheap. Definetly will use this business for future needs

Have being dealing with daisy’s mainly for firewood last delivery a few weeks ago when firewood is hard to get really good will just keep going back

I regularly buy Redgum firewood from Daisey's and the wood they sell is fantastic, it burns red hot, real value for money 10/10

Twice I have got firewood from here and twice it was green. Won't waste my time here again.
