Balsamic’s team needs to step up their food quality, Ravioli seems to be ready made not in house prep & very dry. Salmon was way over cooked. Their desserts like sticky date pudding needs much more attention as the dry piece of cake with some so called date sauce doesn’t mate sticky date pudding. Overall bad experience.
