Great customer service, the young man there really knows his stuff! Took all of my corporate wear to him as I was worried about harsh chemicals destroying my branded clothing. A few of my white shirts had foundation stains around the collar but they were totally gone when I got them back. 
Thank you for restoring my clothes to new!

This chemical free does not work! Collected shirt to find stains all around collar still.  Blunt reply was "that's the best we can do".  Took straight to Renes Dry cleaners at 301 Bay st, Port Melbourne.  Picked up same day, looks new without a stain on it.....oh and cheaper!

Does what is says on the box. Other reviews in the negative are from plonkers who seems to have unrealistic expectations

I used to go here regularly but their customer service is poor and pricing is high, had enough in the end. There are better alternatives nearby.
