Worst experience ever. Go somewhere else. Quoted $450 for dry cleaning and preservation of a wedding dress which I was told it would be preserved in a box. I dropped my $8000 wedding dress off at the end of November- was told it would be ready in January. Called in Jaunuary- still not ready. Waited until March and did not hear a single thing about my dress being ready until I called & was told it was ready. No reason at all why there was a delay. No apology offered. And the worst thing is when I went to pick it up- it’s not preserved in a box. It’s judt been rotating on the dry cleaner rack the whole time. The staff just told me to call the manager during the week & still charged me for the dress! Please do yourself a favour and stay away!!

The team at Master Dry Cleaners are friendly & professional. They have successfully repaired garments for me & dealt with problem stains. Happy to recommend!

From my first call to Master Dry Cleaning, to the drop off of my cleaned and well presented goods, my experience with these guys has been a breath of fresh air. Not only was the level of customer service excellent, but so too was the dry cleaning service delivered - and free pick up / drop off of my goods. I am really picky and they delivered on all my requests. I can't recommend them enough and I will be going only, to them for all future dry cleaning. Thank you so much.

This place left a stain on one of our garments, left a rip in one and lost the button from another!!!! DEFINITELY won’t go back!!!

Never disappointed here. Only good things to say. No detergent or other funny smell on garments. When I pick up my shirts they look brand new!
