Only have the highest recommendation for custom curtains and shade. We had a beautiful product supplied and fitted for a great price. The product was exactly what we 
wanted and was delivered with outstanding customer service and a wonder follow up from Julie and the team. Would recommend them highly to anyone wanting curtains or blinds.

Highly recommend this company, very impressed with the way Julie and Jim conduct their business and the  incredible customer service they provide.
We had door shutters installed on a bedroom in 2012 with a 2 year warranty. Unfortunately 3 weeks after the warranty had expired in 2014 I noticed a problem with a couple of the shutters, splitting etc, then at closer scrutiny realised to my horror that quite a few more were affected.
I contacted Jim, who came to inspect and saw my dilemma and in turn contacted their THEN  manufacturer Pacific Wholesale Distributors in Sydney. From the word go Pacific Wholesale Distributors were completely un-cooperative!!!! Over the following weeks of numerous emails and phone calls to them their attitude was appalling and they had no intention of acknowledging or compensating us for their defective product.  

Incredibly Julie and Jim at Custom Curtains and Shades replaced the complete door shutters at no cost to us (obviously they now deal with a different manufacturer and have done for some time). We just love the replacement shutters and the customer service that Julie and Jim have provided is outstanding, especially as the warranty had expired. Fantastic local company.
