The manager of this bottle shop is very rude. He couldn’t care less and doesn’t want to help at all. My husband also had the same experience with him on a separate occasion. Needless to say we won’t be taking our custom there anymore.

Staff and manager are rude to customers and don’t have a clue about what it means to run a bottle shop. Absolutely disgraceful, needs a visit from high management.
