I love Curves gym and attend in Melbourne and visit when I go to Sydney. Have only visited X 1 in Caloundra.  Difficult to access by local irregular bus service and need to attend more times to get overall picture. First impressions average but equipment and classes available at convenient hours as with all Curves gyms.

Great atmosphere, up to date equipment, good instructors, varied programme.

Very friendly and professional staff always willing to help.Great social group of ladies all ages.

Vibrant club with lots of energy and encouragement.

Friendly, supportive gym.
