Crest is a very competent Real Estate Agency . Honest & transparent in all their transactions with us and deals with both owners and renters in an open & friendly way but will not compromise their values which are high.  Have dealings with real estate agents in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast and we wish they would open offices there.

Hello Jane, It's amazing to know that there is a real estate out there that is committed to the tenant. A real estate that shows that this is more than a job, the girls at CREST REALTY TOOWOOMBA are amongst the best. I am greeted with a smile and called by my name whenever I open the door.  I hope to always be renting through this Real Estate. Very nice, very helpful, very easy to talk to, make me very happy. The most professional Real Estate agents and I have dealt with CREST REALTY TOOWOOMBA have always been quick, efficient and honest with us Tenants. always friendly, polite and efficient. It has been a pleasure working with CREST REALTY. Highly motivated staff who are willing to assist and help out whenever possible. I would like to thank Jane Doolin The Director and her entire team for her assistance. she is an asset to the refugee and Migrants community in Toowoomba. It is not easy at all to deal with the above community especially newly arrivals. It requires true commitment, Penitence, passion and love, I have found all these at CREST REALTY and above all. The “inclusion” Therefore, there is no other agent in the Toowoomba Region I could recommend more."

Absolutely pathetic customer service, don't know whether Jane is racist or just plane rude. While I was there, saw another African man being aggressively yelled at for being late for rent. Jane will always take your bond, most people either just leave it or else they drag her to RTA. No wonder she has to close now. If you don't respect your customers and your staff, you won't get away with it in this age.

Don't deal with these people , they are rude and best of all they hang up in your ear they are not polite when answering the phone they don't have manners when answering the phone unlike some realestates do e.g thank you for call crest how may i help  and they refuse to give back deposits which we had to deal through the RTA

For me. They were very good office to rent from them
