From the moment you walk in, Cream Melbourne offers a premium/luxury experience and a positive, energetic atmosphere. The staff show genuine interest in their customers and are very easy to get along with. Personally, I would like to particularly commend Sonia for providing me with a diverse range of quality haircuts, service and reliable advice over my time as a customer. Thank you also to Richard for ensuring that all my needs are always attended to.

I am not a dream client, when I went in my hair was in terrible shape.I made a last minute appointment with Ellen. I had no idea what I wanted but she had amazing suggestion and she gave me a great walk through of every process before beginning. She TRANSFORMED MY HAIR in the best way I have ever experienced and I have never been so happy about the result!!! Ellen is absolutely fabulous and sweet and the whole staff is just so nice and professional!

I have thought about whether I should write this review or not, however after having to wear my hair tied up for the last three weeks (because I literally can't do anything else with it), I decided I had to. After getting my hair cut and coloured I left the salon with a wave in my hair. When washing/styling this myself after, I realised that the layers that had been cut hadn't been blended at all and were like steps in my hair. I messaged the salon about this and they offered for a more senior stylist to fix this. As lovely as this stylist was and as much as she tried to fix a bad job, when looking at my hair after leaving for the second time, I realised there was no saving this haircut after the first stylist. I am completely disappointed with my hair now and I'm constantly trying to hide it. After paying $360 (with a $50 voucher, would have been $410) I expected a really good hair cut, however I can confidently say this is the worst hair cut I have ever had. The layers are now too short for the style of the cut and are also shorter on one side with a big chunk missing. I've completely lost trust in this salon and will not be going back there. I was recommended to come here by my friends and I will now be recommending they do not come back here. Such a shame for such a cool place.

I have very difficult hair, too many crowns and cowlicks, but these guys have always done a perfect cut for the last 12 or so years. Couldn't recommend anyone better.

Rebecca did a beautiful ash blonde balayage treatment on my Asian hair. Definitely recommend her services.
