About a year ago I bought a brand new inner and outer tyre from here and put it on my bike, then I realized the wheel was warped a bit so I took it in to get it trued and when they tried it they broke my brand new tyre, I went and complained and they said it was my fault I have a cheap bike I cant afford a brand new fancy bike I just needed something to get to and from work I wish I had stood up for myself at the time but I was just not expecting to get laughed at for not being able to afford an expensive bike Don't go here unless you're privileged
Really good service. these guys are amazing they helped match me up with the best bike for my price range and what I want to use the bike for.
A great team with expert knowledge and experience to share. A broad selection of quality bike brands, components and accessories. Everything a cyclist needs in one store. With customer parking too.
Really depends who you strike. most of the staff are friendly and helpful but one of the younger guys seemed intent on saying the only thing with having was the bike a couple of grand more than what you happen to be looking at. Gave the impression we were inconveniencing him by being in the store. Pity as the others have been helpful and friendly.
