Very rude to deal with. I have felt with this company for years. Now to be told I cant buy a kit because you use "special" parts. I been a mechanic for over 15 years and this is shocking. I will not recommend your company for trikes or bikes ever again. And will import my self from now on at much cheaper cost. Very pissed off

I had a handcycle built by Brian. The after sale service was very good. Brian was only a phone call away and was more than happy to offer advice or was able to fix any issue very quickly. Very professional and friendly service. Great selection of product and brands

Very Helpful - The team here helped me out with a real technical issue I had with a tandem I purchased from another retailer. I should have purchased it here in the first instance. Thanks Southend for your assistance.
