I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Cranbourne Transit depot manager, John La Rocca for the outstanding assistance provided today.. His efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to handle.nI had accidentally left my laptop behind on route 891 bus, and thanks to the depot manager’s prompt action and dedication, it was quickly located and returned to me. Their support and clear communication throughout the process are truly appreciated.nThis level of service reflects great commitment and care for passengers. I am very grateful for the help I received from John and relevant bus driver.
Disgusting. Paid 1200 advance for an appointment for the bus to run 10 minutes late. Missed the connecting train and am now down 1200 dollars plus 36 hours of fasting.nDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY EVENT OR RAIL REPLACEMENT. THEY DO NOT RUN ON TIME AND THEY WILL MAKE IT YOUR PROBLEM
5:50pm Monday bus service worst driver ever literally a couple meters behind a group of people I see the bus leaving and wave that I need to get on bus 792 but driver has no regards and leaves could have at least waited an extra minute just ticked over to 5:50 you can see people are leaving the train and it’s a bit of a walk. Cranbourne bus worst service and timetable route 792 needs now investments clearly managed in the wrong hands.
Mostly friendly drivers. Great, reliable service, more so than other operators. Australian owned company. Some buses are a bit rough in appearance, especially the few older models, but the service is great. Most of the buses are modern models and all have Air Conditioning. Unfortunately the drivers do have to deal with some undesirable passengers from time to time. It is unfortunate that these disruptive passengers are still allowed to travel on Cranbourne Transit buses.nnThe main thing that lets them down is probably the fact that their enquiries/lost property/charter phone line and driver’s operations office is QLD based.
I haven't really had any dealings with this company but however after last week, making a complaint and still not hearing back I'm starting not to like the company!nI'm well aware of the no parking in a bus zone rule, my child who has additional needs, catches a dedicated school bus to school needs to be as close to the bus stop as possible to minimise her chances of absconding.nLast week I was parked just up from the bus zone, sure the end of my car might have been sticking out a little bit.. anyway one of your drivers decided to flash their high beams at me, pull up next to my car, yell & point at us! NONE of the other drivers do this & I park in the same spot every day! This drivers behaviour really scared my child!
