Thank you to Dr Jon and team in the Mental Health department. No private psychiatrists would take me on in my lockdown crisis A downside is the turnover of staff. I was there 12 months and in that time I had 4 different Case Managers and 3 Medical Officers. Some of those were better than others. Only one was terrible and I applied to change, which was accepted Kelly the manager is helpful if the need arises too
Avoid this clinic, dentist ruined my front tooth. Tooth he filled was poking on my bottom lip ridiculous look like a cartoon character, much larger than all the other teeth. I ask the dentist to fix it, he said that's how suppose to look and he knows best and has 30 yrs experience. I ask him to fix it, than he shorten past the other teeth. Thats the treatment you get on government funding, never happened when I paid full price.
had to go to the dentist I broke a tooth. I was seen the next day. if you are on concession it only costs $30 to see the dentist at any integrated care centre. if it is for a school child it is free at all dentists !!
The staff at the dental department is very bad customer service ,they speak to non Australian with unpleasant tone ,treating them as second class . I set and sow her how she speak to Australian people with very nice way Need to give them classes for customers services
Avoid the lady at the dental reception named Trudy? I believe. If I have got the wrong name it is the bigger blonde lady at the reception that wears glasses. She is one of the rudest know it all's and should not be working in customer service, she also somehow thinks she is a qualified dentist as she will try to diagnose you at the counter with no experience whatsoever and with out knowledge of your condition.
I had a procedure done at Monash Health's Cranbourne Integrated Care Centre yesterday. While I had a long wait, I can't complain because they had so many patients to tend to, with COVID-19 adding an extra layer of work, and despite that, the staff were so caring and helpful. They went about the whole process calmly and systematically. It can't be easy looking after patients who are sick and impatient so I am both grateful and in awe of everyone in the medical field.
This morning my 4.5 year old had to get a blood test. The whole team was warm and welcoming. They helped so much to keep her distracted and pain free. She wasn’t overwhelmed or upset at all and was given a beautiful gift for being so brave. Some truly lovely pathology specialists at this centre!
Just encountered the worst customer service whatsoever at the dental clinic. I’ve never been so angry at the way I’ve been spoken to by a service provider, she was white, blonde and wore glasses and was incredibly blunt and rude to me. When I told her the predicament I was in she had no compassion or empathy whatsoever. I had been to the clinic previously about potentially getting a dental voucher and was referred to a number where NO ONE ANSWERS. I had explained this to her that I tried continuously for weeks without a response and I urgently need a root canal at a subsidised price because I’m a concession card/health care card holder and a full time student. I have tried calling the Berwick, Clayton and Cranbourne dental service throughout the course of 2 weeks. My dentist also agreed that I could not afford the treatment and recommended me to get the voucher where she would only charge me a small amount each time. I explained to the receptionist that I can’t get the voucher if no one responds, her attitude was incredibly apathetic and she kept shutting me down. I genuinely understand that there was no other solution other than to keep calling until someone responded but my problem was her approach - it was just incredibly rude. I was literally on the verge of tears considering how stressful this has been for me with constant tooth aches and to have someone just shut you down is not helpful. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t tell me but with the amount of complaints they have received about the dental clinic I assume there’s a good reason why. Anyway, I really hope Monash Health invests in employing better customer service providers.
There is so much disability parking but not 1 park for mums or expecting mums, resulting having to park across the road and walk at being Full term pregnant walking that far is uncomfortable and painful then on top of that having to wait over an hour for blood tests then walk back to the car.... do better
I had waited an hour to finally talk to the dental workers and when they finally picked up the phone the lady just hanged up the phone while I was trying to explain my problem, not only once but many times I have experienced disrespectful manner from the monash hospital workers in Cranbourne.
