I had a procedure done at Monash Health's Cranbourne Integrated Care Centre yesterday. While I had a long wait, I can't complain because they had so many patients to tend to, with COVID-19 adding an extra layer of work, and despite that, the staff were so caring and helpful. They went about the whole process calmly and systematically. It can't be easy looking after patients who are sick and impatient so I am both grateful and in awe of everyone in the medical field.
Avoid this clinic, dentist ruined my front tooth. Tooth he filled was poking on my bottom lip ridiculous look like a cartoon character, much larger than all the other teeth. I ask the dentist to fix it, he said that's how suppose to look and he knows best and has 30 yrs experience. I ask him to fix it, than he shorten past the other teeth. Thats the treatment you get on government funding, never happened when I paid full price.
Avoid the lady at the dental reception named Trudy? I believe. If I have got the wrong name it is the bigger blonde lady at the reception that wears glasses. She is one of the rudest know it all's and should not be working in customer service, she also somehow thinks she is a qualified dentist as she will try to diagnose you at the counter with no experience whatsoever and with out knowledge of your condition.
There is so much disability parking but not 1 park for mums or expecting mums, resulting having to park across the road and walk at being Full term pregnant walking that far is uncomfortable and painful then on top of that having to wait over an hour for blood tests then walk back to the car.... do better
The worst experience I've had at a dental clinic, The lady her name is samira on the reception was very rude with every patient she dont know how to speak with a patient she should learn some manner how to talk then sit on this position. Such a worst receptionist i every seen.
This morning my 4.5 year old had to get a blood test. The whole team was warm and welcoming. They helped so much to keep her distracted and pain free. She wasn’t overwhelmed or upset at all and was given a beautiful gift for being so brave. Some truly lovely pathology specialists at this centre!
I had waited an hour to finally talk to the dental workers and when they finally picked up the phone the lady just hanged up the phone while I was trying to explain my problem, not only once but many times I have experienced disrespectful manner from the monash hospital workers in Cranbourne.
Mental health nurses are mostly unavailable You leave notes and they don’t call you back Poor to no mental health care No mental health education No weekly checkup or suggestions Lost all my medical information and proceeded to tell me I’m wrong and I can’t get that medication here Told me I was never on lurisodone when I started it last week and had been planning it with the doctor for months to enhance my self care and promote better concentration Unprofessional nurses Talk about psychologist for a year and never provide me one Doesn’t see the importance of switching to antipsychotic injection and proceeds to tell me my memory is absolutely fine because I “remembered appointment” This place is trash Nothing like orygen Such poor mental health care is the reason people commit suicide

The receptionist and some nurses of the Dental Services are rude and cocky. They treat non-English speaking patients from the minority groups badly. They even verbally bully interpreters and non-English speaking patients. They always run late for appoints. They book you 15 mins earlier than the starting time but you will never get to see the dentist in 15 mins, at least 20-30 mins delay. Today, I waited for more than 60 mins to get to see the dentist. I came today because the dentist did not show up last time and I had to reschedule. Today, they kept me waiting for more than an hour. Very bad experience. Dandenong and Springvale Monash Dental Services are far nicer and more efficient.
