My car was towed to Cranbourne body works and I am happy with over all service. Kevin seemed good at his job and gave me few advices moving forward which wasn't related to this car, extremely helpful. All the staff I spoke to over the phone was good. Only thing is it took a long time to fix the car which I understand is because of all what is happening around the globe. Thanks whole team.
Very happy with my experience here. I had an insurance claim, the customer service was great. They assisted with the hire car and made things really easy for me. The repairs themselves were great. All in all, a very seamless process.

Hi,I recommend not talking your car to this place,because they know how to do the short cut,and cheating you in front of your eyes. Every time you go there,always different person you can talk,I don’t know how this business is exist.no supervisor or team leader my insurance sent me there,and I am a Uber Driver,I used my car as an Uber,it was fixed after 2 days by replacing the parts,but not properly,damaged the front pumper clip,and not fixing the wheel. the next day I took my car back,they said it will take another 5 working days for fixing the wheel, why they ignored to fix the wheel at the first place,and another 5 days,I have lost income,because of these dodgy people. And I still not happy from there job at all.Service: Body & Trim

Our Bumper was damaged from the accident. We decided to took our car to the Cranbourne Bodywork. They assessed and the reasonable price was quoted via email quickly. We Leave our car for the repair and to our surprise, the car was repaired perfectly. The service from the Beginning till the end is very professional. Very Friendly staffs. I recently got my car's tail gate and bumper fixed from a crash, and Cranbourne Body Works truly did a great a job. When looking at the car, you would swear the crash never happened as the paintwork and the shape of the car seem perfect- as good as new. I would like to thank all of the people involved in repairing my car back to it's original state.Services: Painting

I damaged my car and contacted Cranbourne Body Works, estimate was done and new door, hinges and parts were sourced and the car was repaired and repainted quickly and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Every person I spoke to at this business went the extra mile to help me. My car looks brand new again and I would highly recommend them to others.Services: Electrical
not at fault claim 1. Was advised during repairs full size alloy spare wheel will be fitted to the left hand front- as new rim is back order ex France 2-3 months. Which I approved as long as it is a full size spare wheel which Kevin called me back 5mins after to confirm after checking. When I picked up the car on completion it was a space saver steel wheel fitted with maximum speed of 80kmh?? After picking up the car i had to order a whole set of aftermarket wheels through Bob jane fountain gate. When it came to fitting the new wheels the tyre pressure sensor was missing as Cranbourne body works threw out the original wheel which contained the original tyre pressure sensor. So now we had to sacrifice our car for another 2 days at Bob jane waiting for a new tyre pressure sensor from the dealership parts department. which was hugely inconvenient as we only have 1 car in the family. 2. When i picked up the car Kevin had a lack of care towards my opinion - i advised that gaps/spaces between panels were to big compared to what it was and opposite side. Kevin was in denial and didnt even want to come out of his warm office and have a look or have the guys double check. I then took it to a panel shop in Hallam around the corner to me and got the bonnet gaps realigned for $88 out of my pocket! 3. One of the engine mounts was also cracked, had vibration at traffic lights and the whole car was rocking when slowing down or taking off. Again Fed up with the attitude and lack of care from Cranbourne body works i paid $225 out of my pocket to have it repaired at MDC auto. 4. All the bolts and nuts that were removed needed to be paint touched up from when they removed certain parts. To obviously bring it back to factory condition but they couldnt even do that even though their website claims to be of 'High quality repairs' went to autobarn narre warren to touch up myself $20 out of my pocket 5. I advised Kevin on email 17/5/22 NOT TO WASH my car or clean interior of vehicle as it is going to be professionally detailed with dedicated PH balanced products and techniques for interior/exterior coating protection that was just recently applied before accident $1800 worth. Waited and NO REPLY for several days/weeks. When i picked up the car there was scratches and swirl marks all around the car and found multiple swirls marks and scratches on the freshly painted panels??HOW? Which is clearly the poorest of qualities from a panel shop pictures attached 6. I was first advised car will be complete and ready for pick up on Wednesday 8/6 then further delayed to Fri 10/6 then further delayed to Tues 14/6 and was told multiple times that they will call me back by end of days to update/advise pick up time. Finally received no phone calls but a text message saying it is ready to pick up a week later from original pick up date Thursday 16/6. I do not understand how so much can go wrong and also receive such lack of care/ customer service towards my car or myself as a customer who was not at fault in the accident in the first place- this business claims to be 'high quality professional' with over 34 years experience although makes all these F ups and has no interest of even wanting to discuss or rectify with myself. Someone needs to get a pair of glasses, and have someone who actually knows what to look out for when test driving the cars and re-educate themselves on how to treat a customer. I have passed on my feedback to Huddle insurance. will definitely not recommend cranbourne body works to others. Poor quality, appalling customer service and lack of care. all simple attributes to a business with over 34 years in operation but this business cannot live up to itServices: Painting
