A pleasant surprise as I only walked into this place in a random occasion. The open omelette was done just right - crisp on the sides and just right within with very tasty fillings. Even being an indoor diner, it is quite heavily infested with flies - the owners might want to look into improving this. Food-wise, this is a nice little cafe in Ponsonby and reasonably priced.

Ate here for the first time today. Helpful friendly staff, and good menu choices. Two things though. 1. I was given a plastic straw for my drink (a cold iced drink), which was completely unnecessary, not to mention damaging to the environment. The drink was delivered with the straw so I couldn't refuse it. Just don't use plastic straws. 2. The bacon was loved to a hard strip of something. I get that some people love bacon, but to go all out and expose it to the highest heat and make it hard is not good! I recommend the chefs love the bacon just a little more gently. Use gentle heat. Otherwise I enjoyed the meal!

Nice little boutique type cafe. Suitable for those who like to eat gluten free. Not a large range of food but good for a place to meet and have coffee

Very average breakfasts and not at all that tasty. All food is Paleo but flavour can be improved. Friendly service.
