I recently used CPP Cityplace Parking in Perth city, and it was a solid experience.nnThe location is super convenient — right in the heart of the CBD, walking distance to places like Hay Street Mall, Murray Street, and the Perth Cultural Centre.nnThe ramps are well-lit and clean, the parking bays are wide enough, and I felt safe entering and exiting both day and night.nnRates were reasonable for CBD parking, but definitely check on weekends for free options around Perth CBD. The entry/exit of CPP Cityplace was smooth — no long queues or confusing signage. Overall, great value for convenience; would use it again without hesitation.
Honestly I think the cost to park here is just too expensive! because I had to pop into the city to grab something at a shop today & I was only parked for 15 minutes max. Mind you it did take about 10 minutes to get into the carpark to begin with ..& then another 5 to get out again, so it was around 30 mins total.. but in my opinion the $6.50 I paid is kinda ridiculous & a rip off hmmn ok yeah now i remember exactly why I never go into the city, & if I do it's only on the train. Parking prices in the city are a joke
It's almost always full especially during long shopping night on a friday but honestly, it's the most convinient parking in the city. Have good access going to CBD and Northbridge. The only down side i don't love about it is the fee. It's very expensive. Like you'll pay a full day worth $21 for staying 3 hours. But it's free if you come in after 6pm.
$6:50 an hour!! No wonder so many people avoid coming in to Perth city.
For the second time I have had a bad read ticket at this place. The first time I was sent out the gate with no charge.nThis morning frustratingly we had another bad read. We hit the assistance button on the gate. They advised us to go back to the machine to try to pay. Because I was close to the barrier I could not get out. My wife had to get out. She came back and said she couldn't pay. We tried the assistance button again. A different assistant said why didn't we hit the assistance button on the pay machine? Rude. So my wife goes back to the machine. That resulted in a new ticket issued. Which cost an extra $6 because we suddenly jumped out of a time bracket in the time wasted going back and forth. Very frustrating... hope this review serves as a cautionary tale.
