If I had tried many more things on their menu I would feel justified in giving them 5 stars. Think of this as a 4 out of 4 for their fish and chips because they are perfect to me. Hoki fillets are great and the batter is light and crispy how I like it. Chips are golden crunchy goodness.i always have to have fish n chips here. Can't go past them and it's the reason I have not yet tried other menu items.
A few years ago I gave them 4.Stars Changed to 5 stars. Real Good fish and chips
Fish is yum Chip serves are very small though And they give you a tiny and I mean tiny sauce for your hot dog and refuse to put it in a bag with sauce. Cheese burgers are not the greatest it's only a tiny bit of cheese. But i do like there fish
Unfortunately had to give 1 start to post so i take the star back We tried their food for the first time and will never go back, 3 fish just edible, 3 sausages well over cooked and hard, 2 hotdogs on stick well over cooked and hard, 1 cheese burger cost $5 mackers cheese burger has more on it chips were over cooked and full of hard crispy batter pieces
Friendly seller but no Idea about what to charge for a coffee that is NOT a barista coffee. A small coffee from a automatic machine like the petrol stations CANNOT cost $4 as there is very little labour involved and no skill, apart from the coffee coming out just Ok pies are alright but not much filling. Seems to be that they try to cut costs as much as possible on everything but the price is same as other places. Would not recommend if you after a good coffee and a great pie !
Prices are too high for your average food. Combos need to change. No point in having potato fritters in every combo if there are chips... brought a spring roll was still frozen in the middle.
Very nice takeaways, I had a Hawaiin burger with cheese and chips. Food was cooked to perfection. Friendly service.
Slightly pricey but decent enough fish n chips. Fish is actually good.
This is the only place I'll buy battered fish from - it's always super fresh, nice batter, and decent size. Keep up the great work.
Nice place. Fairly popular with the homes in wattledowns. Nice menu, some home made food available.
