Story

We are a milk bar and a cafe next to a cool park. We do breakfast, morning tea, light lunches, sweet treats and serve Allpress espresso coffee. Bring your kids, your mates, your dogs. Laze on our deck, play in the park.

We absolutely love this place! The coffee is great and the staff are always warm and welcoming. It’s the sort of place where you can relax and enjoy your coffee or meal. The brunch menu is delicious and they have nice sweets and pastries. What we love most about Cowderoy‘s is that they are family friendly, including the fur babies. Our little Pug, Alfie loves the place as much as we do 👌🏼

Great coffee, using allpress beans. Good lunch options with salads, sandwiches and homemade sausage rolls. Good for kids and a quiet lunch too in peaceful surroundings.

The best in the area!!! Without any doubt this place is my top pick for coffee and food, including deserts, in this neighbourhood. It beats Frankies down the road with it's upmarket reno and even the Beach Bathers Pavilion with it's waterfront views. Cowderoys Dairy wins hands down. Being directly adjacent to a kid's playground on Jacoby Reserve makes this cafe ideal for mums to catch up with each other after picking up children from school. The staff is super friendly and provides a great service.

Cool atmosphere. They've done a smashing job on the aesthetic. Coffee is alright.... food is not overly awesome given the options not far. Still, plenty of parking and tables to sit at and discuss politics, or weather, or the state of your neighbours nature strip and the ever present and steady build up of K-9 grenades. At least the staff are nice.

Delightful atmosphere with the 1950's milk bar vibe. Food is delicious and coffee great.
