This review got nothing to do with your products or service and everything with your fuel discount voucher. We always go to BP to fill up our cars. We have never read nor cared for the fine print on the Countdown fuel vouchers. Customers Beware!!! It seems it only applies to a max of 50 litres. Wife had a 40c/litre off voucher and put in 61 litres at BP. They wouldn't even consider the voucher, or give her partial discount up to 50 liters. First time ever they've refused a discount voucher for a fill up. Poo to you Countdown for your sneaky fine print. It seems New World and Mobil remain the better option.

Very clean and well stocked. Friendly staff at the deli and the check out counter. Had a pleasant experience.

I like the clean look of this supermarket branch, the size of it is comparable to the likes of Greenlane and the refreshed signage makes it feel comfortable to shop. During the day you can see natural sunlight coming through the roofing covers which makes the atmosphere nice to be in. They also seem to have upgraded self checkout machines with a slightly different user interface, and a couple of long self checkout lanes too. Parking is easy and a handy Lotto shop just outside the entrance too.

This is a relatively new supermarket. Seems that initial service issues are gone. Service and product range now much better and the specials can be quite attractive. Now one of the better Countdown stores.

My new fav supermarket, amazing variety, never have to wait long at checkouts compared to other supermarkets, great produce selection, tasty meat, have only ever been over charged once but it was rectified by their sup, the only confusion i had was when i did click and collect order one time and i had no idea where to go, eventually asked the chekout operator who told me to see the lotto lady but overall i love this supermarket and i dont live locally but always happy to drive there :)
