Its a pretty store but they lack service ettiquette. I went in today, chose comfort pants and on the way to the register, gave into temptation with a 5 for $30 underwear deal. Table only had smalls. I opened a few draws, but felt I needed assistance so I asked for help. Staff were behind the counter. The sales assistant, without moving, pointed to the draws. I opened a few. It was confusing. I couldnt work out what was where. Staff didnt take any notice, so I left my items on the table and walked out.
The clothe is so so. It looks nice on the eyes but after the first wash it's never the same
No one answers the phone. Rings out and automatic hangup. Surely CottonOn can think of a better system for 'customer service', eg a centralised answering service? Very frustrating.
It's a Cotton on chain. Friendly staff and cheap clothes.
Hard to beat value
