Great product and the delivery of items that were not available in the shop is very prompt. Customer service could improve. One shop assistant was friendly and very helpful whereas the other one was unfriendly and a really poor communicator to the point where it seemed that it was bothersome to have her serve me. Maybe she was having a bad day.  Given her interest, the shopping experience could have been not only quicker but a lot more enjoyable experience.

Would never shop there again!! tried to get information from the shop assistant for a refund for my daughter, so extremely rude and un professional. Less than 0 stars
