I just wanted to take a minute to note the amazing service from Josh at your Noosa, QLD Australia store. I’ve never purchased from the store in the past we’ve been up here previously but always liked the brand from the early days just as an observer, We are based in Melbourne, Australia My wife and I went in yesterday while on holiday and it seemed there was a whole new line of clothing you feature I was previously unaware of—thinking it more a swim wear line exclusively. I bought some shirts, and a jacket, and Josh the sales person was extremely professional, quick, great on the advice and what looked good on me and a few pieces that didn’t and he was very old school in that he UNBUTTONED all the items before handing them to me or bringing them to the change room and nobody does that anymore, even in some very exxy luxe designer shops. And the goods were packed exquisitely when we returned to pick them up after lunch. I am super sold not only on the brand but the exemplary customer service and look forward to visiting again.
Faulty Product and one of the most expensive retailers in the world. I spent nearly $800 buying three pairs of shorts and the fastener falls off after the first wear. fearing this is just the beginning they are standing firm and pretty much couldn't care less. Someone it getting super rich on this inferior product. NEVER AGAIN. beware of this retailer, no matter how much you spend
