Great experience purchased a washing machine a dishwasher and a new oven. The whole process was easy and pricing was great. Sales assistant Leeanne was very professional and helpful. There was a great range to choose from.nI picked up 2 items from the warehouse and they were very accommodating and happy.nAnd the the last item was delivered by the driver and off side I forgot their names.nAnd may I say really nice guys were very efficient and polite. I received a call saying they were on their way It is much appreciated.

As a first time buyer ever from H.N. I did purchase seven items from Harvey Norman in Noosaville within the last twelve months.nnDuring a recent storm my tv blew. I phoned Darren from the Noosaville who I initially dealt with store to ask what could be done. Darren’s response was it not my issue. Ok. That was before I found out what caused the issue in the first place. I was informed that the installer was at fault. He also said the installer does not work for HN. I don’t who he was.nnI had to purchase another smart tv and had it delivered on Xmas eve. I did thank Darren.nDarren stated that the delivery boys could not mount the tv as per company policy. 2 men to remove a tv from the hanging bracket and plug it back in Right……..: so I suggested they just place it on top of the cabinet. The delivery boys were very good after removing the tv they straight away said your tv blew because it was not plugged into the power surge board that sitting at the back of the tv fixed to the wall.nnI spoke with Darren on Xmas eve and informed him of what the boys observed after they finished connecting the tv.nIn return I was getting Umm’s and Ahh’s. I suggested to Darren that I would leave it with him to see what he could do and that I would be in contact after the first week January.nH.N.had two weeks to try to come up with a solution or offer any assistance or except any part of the problem.nnAfter phoning Darren again this morning I was again addressed with it’s not my responsibility and he did say leave it with me.nAn hour so later I received a call from Brian who immediately treated me with arrogance and “not my responsibility “n“Why should I pay for an installer” I replied I’m not asking to pay for but to have the installer back to correct the issue. That’s the least you could do.nnBrian kept threatening to hang up. I was not swearing I informed that I was frustrated and he kept repeating himself stating “why should I do anything “ He and had no idea who installer was and said the boys should not have mentioned anything.nnWell Brian, the boys were doing the right thing by informing me of what caused the issue in the first place.nAlso anyone that is on your preferred trade list should have in the first place installed it correctly and the least you could do was to arrange for him to come back to complete the connection correctly.and certainly not at my cost.nnThat is the least HN should be doing and not dismissing the issue.nI mentioned that I not happy and was going to leave a review. The arrogant Brian said “ do what you want” before hanging up.nnThe Initial service was good up until theyntake your money, then you are on your own.mnI will never again purchase a single item form H.N. The after service was arrogant, grubby and extremely disappointing with no care factornnShop elsewhere….
I brought a new iphone, I paid the $99 fee to have the technician transfer my data from my old phone to the new one. I picked it up the next day and tried to send a message and there was all sorts of issues. I took it back, the technician had no idea what was going on, so he was googling it. I left it there again and picked it up about 2 hours later. He said he still had no idea and said he couldn't fix the problem. He gave it back to me not working properly. My daughter rang Apple support using her iphone,, and over the next 2 hours the Apple technician set up my new phone. She said the phone was not set up at all. She couldn't believe the man working at HN called himself a technician. I was charged $99 for nothing. Won't be going back
Have been a client for many years. Recently ordered AV equipment, Andrew was on the ball and sourced it at another HN and kept me informed. Was impressed. And enjoy dealing with Leanne in Kitchens. She's fabulous!!
