I have been given a computer that wasn't packaged up properly and refused help when I have told Jai the Manager that I noticed it overheats. I have asked 3 times for help since I purchased the MacBook Pro but Jai doesn't seem to care and has not been helpful at all in this situation. Very dissapointed by his serious lack of customer service skills as a Manager of such a large and successful store. I find the service there is always lacking care for the customer. Sales with no follow up.
The store scammed me. They sent out a surface pro that was 'lost' by Auspost in a sorting office. Because price of the computer had risen they refused to replace lost item. Jai Urqhart the store manager basically laughed when I said ACCC consumer rights to a replacement. Absolutely conmen. They loose your package and then refuse to replace.
We are interested in one for the large shelta cantilever umbrellas but have an issue with height as it will need to partly fit under a pergola. We were in HN yesterday and Amanda was very helpful in seeing if we could get the desired yellow and white stripe one. After going home to measure up and discovering the height issue Amanda was good enough to spend time at the shop changing the height of the umbrella to see if it would fit and texted us to let us know the results. This was above and beyond what we expected and is fantastic customer service. Thank you!
I have a Samsung watch that got "bricked" by an update from Samsung so because it was still under warranty I took it back to Harvey Norman where I purchased it. It's been nearly 2 months now and still no watch, not impressed at all. And this is a shop where I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and I have been a loyal costumer for probably 15 year's but if I might one day in the future get my watch back then it will be the last time I deal with any Harvey Norman again. Also they have no intention to communicate with any updates in regards the issue. I'm the one calling them and every time they get annoyed with me calling them and basically tell me to stop bothering them, telling me that they would call me. I have not received one call from them in all this time.
Went to the electrical section. Two young lads, James and Conen, helped me get exactly what I needed. Fantastic services and helpful advice.
What an amazing experienced with these approachable and very accommodating staff... Gary, Jeannette and Amanda made my massage chair purchased hassle free.Excellent customer service !One happy customer!Thank you for all the help.
