Called in to buy camera after researching online which one suited me, waited at the camera counter for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged then waited another 10 minutes while watching other staff members standing around talking to each other must have been busy right?, when I was served I got what I wanted the I asked if the camera needed a sd card & if so could I also grab one that fits, after looking at the camera & card later that day at home 30 minutes away I had a feeling that it was the wrong card, no problem & I'll just give him a call to verify before I open the sd card package, left a message asking him to call me back, 2 days later I'm still waiting for the follow up call but in the mean time I have opened the sd card up thinking he must know his products, it must be the sd card sleeve type with the micro sd card inside nope wrong one & now I've opened it so highly unlikely I'll get a refundnThanks Harvey Norman for your outstanding customer service & follow up
Quality Service is back at Harvey Norman!! I was served by Will in TV and Audio - ultra attentive gave me 3 options and I went with his recommendation then he helped carry it to my car.
Bought latest IPhone & paid for service of amalgamating data from old phone to new. After 1 month & realization that tech guy didn’t keep a file on the passwords etc required & all the info downloaded from our Compsny tech team- we’ve gone elsewhere.
I just went to grab a cable the other day…. As a retail manager myself I was very impressed with the staff. I didn’t have to wait long for someone to approach me and help. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Keep it up !
Went in for some headphones and were helped by a young girl. She was so disinterested it felt like we were imposing. Asked questions and not only did she have no idea, she gave us incorrect information. Eventually asked a young bloke who was very helpful. Went to the counter and had another quite unfriendly woman. Was not a great experience being served by staff that were obviously not happy in their job.
