The Morrison family and staff at Cottage Kennels have been looking after our Beagles since 1988.
The staff care for the animals as if they are their own and are always very professional, friendly and helpful.
On one occasion when our current Beagle Charlie was very young, unwell and needed veterinary attention, the staff handled the situation with great care and kept us constantly  informed.
As soon as we arrive at Cottage Kennels Charlie gets so excited and can’t wait to be taken by the staff into the kennels for his holiday.  Each time when we arrive to collect him he has been bathed, looks really happy and we are sure he has had a good time.
The care and facilities are of a very high standard and so we highly recommend Cottage Kennels.

Cottage Kennels and Cattery is our two dogs second home. When we arrive for their visit, they are very happy approaching the office where they are greeted by the exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Saying goodbye to the pups is never an issue as I know they are in good hands and they are always in great condition and happy when I come to collect them, be it after five days or five weeks.

Cottage Kennels has been an integral part of our three dogs' lives for over twenty three years and I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking a caring environment for their loved four legged members of their family.

Easily the best Pet Resort in Melbourne. My terrier has been staying at Cottage for over 6 years. Cottage is our go-to for all dog sitting. When we pull up in the car park she is so excited, when we enter the office she stands on her back legs, howling at the always friendly staff who great her warmly as if she was their own dog.
I cant speak highly enough of the immaculate housing, level of cleanliness and pet friendly staff who obviously love their jobs and their guests.
My terrier has always come home happy, healthy, bathed & smelling fantastic. I have never had a single issue with her care and the way that she has been looked after during her stay. We have inspected some of the other kennels in the area and Cottage is far ahead of any other offering.

I would highly recommend Cottage Kennels and Cattery.  Lauren and her team are professional and genuine animal lovers. The care they give is well above standard. We had two dogs who boarded there together for a number of years (until they passed away) and now our current dog Mollie has been staying there regularly for four years. She loves it and always comes home freshly bathed, healthy and very happy. The facility is very clean, the grassed exercise yards are lovely and I love the peace of mind that comes with knowing our much loved girl is in good hands while we are on holiday.

I have been a client of Cottage Kennels for close to 20 years for very good reason. I consistently experience high quality care for my dogs and would not consider sending a pet elsewhere. I boarded a  Border Collie Hooper until his passing in 2008 and now my GSP Jed. I consider their focus and ethics to be exceptional and the staff continually willing, helpful and supportive. Jed requires special care since being diagnosed with an adrenal failure condition. This is not a problem for Lauren and her team, they communicate effectively as to his welfare and do so with an ever friendly attitude. We love you guys.
