VERY professional company. Our dealings with them from our first contact (with Russell at their Eagle Farm showroom) to our completed installation were very well organised and professional. 

The installation boys have just left. The guys were friendly, courteous and professional and were a pleasure to deal with.
The overall look and quality of the installed blinds is excellent.
I am a tradesman myself and I'm particular about how I leave a job.  In my experience those who take the time to clean up properly after a job are in the minority.  This crew left the work area spotless.

Considering the quality of the product, the helpful advice when making our selection and the efficiency/quality of the installation I have no trouble giving these guys 5 stars.  I'd gladly deal with them again and have no reservations in recommending them.

When freshening up our apartment, window furnishings were an important part of our selection. My wife and I weren't sure about installing either shutters, vertical blinds or venetians. We called a few Brisbane companies for a quote, Cosmopolitan were not only the first available, they were so good with their service leading up to the quote too. We were met by Bruce, an easy going, knowledgeable chap who was extremely thorough in explaining our different custom-made options. He allowed us the time to have a good chat about it, making us feel comfortable in our selection. They really have it all, we just had to pick the colour. We went with sliding shutters on our roller doors and venetians on all windows. I got two calls leading up to the installation date, the installer was a lovely chap who did a great job and cleaned up his mess (something most tradesmen don't do these days). 
We are really happy with our Cosmopolitan Shutters and Blinds, that's why I've taken the time to write this review. Excellent service with an excellent product, Thanks to the whole team.

These guys are serious about what they are doing. Outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Very high quality blinds and they installed them with no fuss at all. Would definitely recommend.
