We have just finished a building project with Nuvo. This is the first time we have built. From start to finish the process has been clear and well managed. The sales agent Bill was particularly patient and accommodating with our ideas and changes, and kept us on track with the budget and practical side. The site supervisor Joel was approachable and understanding. Any issues which arose we discussed and worked through them together. We are very happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Nuvo Homes team.

I cannot be more impressed with how easy it was to deal with Nuvo Homes for my new home.
From the outset of meeting with the sales consultant and discussing initial plans to customizing one of their standard designs to incorporate a study and butlers pantry, nothing was too much trouble.
Being from interstate much of the pre-planning, customizing and materials/colour selections needed to be done via email and telephone which they were more than happy to accommodate. Once contracts were signed and construction commenced they constantly kept me up to date with the progress of the build via weekly status reports via email which included photographs. They completed construction several months in advance of the contract end date and hand over was completed with only minor defects to be rectified in the following days... Could not be happier!!

I’d like to thank you for the great home you built for me. In the short time I have moved in I have gotten lots of compliments, and what's more important I’m very happy with it. It was a long drawn process and had noting to do with NUVO homes altogether but their professionalism in handling the unexpected was exceptional. Thank you All who made it happen from the drawing stage to the finishing touches.

Would I build again, I would have no hesitation in using NUVO HOMES again and can only recommend it.

Great that Nuvo do custom plans to your budget and they happy to work out a floor plan that makes your dream home come True. Awesome that they let you do the special things yourself if you want to which makes the build more personal- for example, doing your own Walk in robe cabinetry or sourcing your own light fittings. Very helpful, friendly and willing to work with you on issues that arise. They go out of their way to make your wildest dreams possible. Only small issue is that it's often hard to get hold of them on the phone and as with all builds, there are always small issues as you go that you will need to adjust your plans to allow for.

We recently purchased a Nuvo property and have been very pleased with the excellent customer service we have received to date. I can't fault their responsiveness and commitment to addressing any issues or questions we have raised.
