All the staff are friendly and helpful, the clinic is clean and I have never had to wait for very long. Dr Ratnaweera has been amazing! I'm supported in every way, physically, emotional and mental. This has been one of the best places Iv been to for medical treatment.

When I first arrived at the Medical centre the lady I spoke to was chewing on food- I asked if the Dr was running on time because I am an employee and was told she was. After waiting 15 minutes I went up again and they said I was next in line- after another 15 minutes a different lady was called into the room. I ended up leaving as no one had the decency to update me of the situation. Be proactive- not reactive

Online booking system works great and means I can often get an appointment next day. Staff have always been friendly and respectful.

What do you have to do to get an appointment? I rang trying to book an ECG test. The person in charge of those bookings said she would ring me back inside the hour. When she hadn't rung within 3 hours I rang and she said she would ring me at lunch. She never did. Fortunately there are plenty of other ECG testing places to pick from.

Dr Susan Byth is amazing! She listens, understands & works together for the best outcome for you. The reception staff are also fantasic. They call back when they say they will. 5 stars!!
