One of our favourite restaurants for a homely and delicious food! We love the hoppers combo and the tea here. The prices are very reasonable and the quantity is generous. Highly recommend!

The rice with 3 curries is perhaps the cheapest and best deal. Authentic Malaysian Indian curries and roti. I have been here for several years now, and this place never disappoints, especially when it comes to curries and food. Caution though, curries are a little spicy for some who are not use to chillies.
Food was nice. We ordered 2 meats and 1 veg on rice and also the roti with 1 curry. The roti was very nice and the curries tasted great. The only critisism was that the servings were inconsistent. The table next to us ordered a similar set rice with 2 meats and 1 veg but they seemed to receive a lot more than us.
Don’t let the odd ranch slider front door fool you, behind that door is amazing flavour, kind family owned smiles and service. The food was so amazing that I don’t have images to share!! Would definitely be coming back and bringing more people!! This place has and amazing value, and a very homely vibe!!
So far, this is the most authentic South Indian food we have ever had ever since we touch down here. Been trying to find this quality for years. And we finally found it! Roti is good, dosai soft and light, fish curry cooked to perfection, teh tarik is good too. Will definitely come again.
Super impressed with the authenticity and value of the dishes here. I had lunch on a weekday and selected a few dishes from their Bain Marie. The curry chicken was delicately spiced and the beef rendang was tenderly addictive. Service was on the slower and non chalant side but the food made up for it. Definitely a winner.
Yummy Sri Lankan food. We usually take the rice 1 meat and 2 veg but we also have the dosa, hoppers and pulled teaTeh Tarik.
I bought lamb kottu, String hoppers & hoppers from this place. The food was pretty normal, Lamb kottu was sweet, string hoppers was hard and the hoppers was tasteless. It was just a waste of money. Can’t recommend at all. If you are after Sri Lankan food please try The Hot & Crusty or Upali’s, just 10 steps away from this place.
‘Twas a raining Sunday and a quick pop-in for my Mamak Rojak fix and flashback memories to Fort Cornwallis care-free days in tropical Penang! Happy with what’s on the Bain-Marie too. Will go back in near future to try their mixed rice selection.
