Glen carried out an air-conditioning service on my vehicle, tested for leaks and refilled. I was happy with his service having come to my house and doing the work quickly. 3 days later I was disappointed to find that the air-conditioner wasn't keeping cold again. While checking the piping I found a leak that Glen didn't notice although he put dye in the system and did a pressure test. I can't understand how this leak wasn't evident at the time. After repairing the leak in the pipe I got Glen to perform the service again expecting that he wouldn't charge me the second time, at least not the full amount.... I was wrong and feel a bit ripped off. Maybe the leak only started the day after he did the first service, I'll admit I can't be sure.
