They tried to fix the door leather then never clipped the door back properly. Had to take it in again. Then to my shock they scratched the door silver finish. Must have left it on the floor. Was full of grease as well. Was told the manager would call and never did. Poor effort. Won’t be back EVER.

I have used this Kmart service centre in the past for a service years ago with no issue. Today I called and to replace my headlight bulb I was quoted for 30min work $62 plus the cost of a globe. 
Very disappointing this is not a 30 min job in addition the customer service over the phone was appalling very rude.
Over priced if your a woman shop around for somewhere who does not treat you like an idiot. I got a much cheaper quote elsewhere. I would have done the job myself but one of the screws where too tight.

Did a great job putting on new tyres. Unfortunately, I’ve left 3 voice msgs for a call back to book in for a Service. Could someone call me. Sick of leaving messages.

Although they were good enough to price beat a tyre for me, I was left without answers when my VW wheel cap was left broken and unattached after trusting them to fit the rim/hubcap onto the new tyre.
