Had a full set of quality Kumho tyres fitted to my Audi. Within 15,000 km they were completely stuffed! Bought it back into them, had a wheel alignment carried out and a new set fitted. Same tyresMario said the alignment was perfect, and it was just the way the tyres wear. Took the car somewhere else, and they showed me a report saying the tow-in front and back was out 15 mm ! Since getting a proper alignment, the car has since done 9000 km and hardly even worn 1 mm on the same tyres. Not only did Mario have little interest in trying to help me with the issue I feel like I’ve been completely ripped off. Will never go back here again.
Great prices and they will do there best to accomodate what your after. Deb from the office put in knowledge and effort to help me get what I want for the cheapest price I could not have beaten anywhere esle . Can not be more impressed with this buisness from my experience, I highly recomend it.
Ace or tyre plus, I've been very happy with their service. They had me booked in and did 4-car tyres, wheels alignment and balance at the promised timeframes in about an 1h15min. Also free tyre insurance in case anything goes wrong the first year. Good pricing for an actual physical shop without taking the risk of ordering online for the sake of saving $30-$50. Highly recommended.
Would recommend this company - very friendly in time of need. Deb was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us. Work was completed in a very timely manner.

To Mario & the team thanks again for the new tyre for my camper, a BFG KM3. I just dropped the old one off & returned the next day to pick it up, and at a good price as well. I’m a returning customer and will be in the future as well.

Mario is disinterested at best. Annoyed to have to give product advice, and misdiagnoses issues by looking at the vehicle from afar and taking a guess. Surprised to see him at trade shows as his general demeanor seems to suggest that he would like to deal with less, not more customers. The woman who answers 90% of the phone enquiries is great and seems to carry the business.
Prompt efficient service by a friendly crew !
